ROOM GUIDELINES
All rooms are non-smoking.
Please do not flush toilet paper or other trash down the toilet, as it may cause clogging. Kindly use the provided bins for disposal.
Keep the glass door closed while the air conditioner is on to prevent malfunction.

Check out time is 12:00
Late check-out is available upon request on the day of departure, subject to availability and an additional fee.

Please inform the reception or open the sign in front of your room to “Please clean up the room”.

Slippers, bathrobes, and toothbrush are available upon request.
4 bottles of water, tea, and coffee are replenished daily.
SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool is open daily from 7:00 to 19:00.
The shallow end is 90 cm and the deep end is 170 cm.
LAUNDRY SERVICE
Items received before 10:00 will be returned the next day.
Items received after 10:00 will be returned within two days.
1–15 items — 80 THB per item
More than 15 items — 70 THB per item
Room Key
Insert the key tag into the slot to activate the air conditioner.
Night Time Information
To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 – 07:00.
The front entrance will be locked late at night until early morning. If you plan to return late, please inform our reception in advance.
During the night, only our security guard will be on duty. He does not speak English but will be happy to assist you using a translation application.
