Yes, there are no barriers, no roads, and no buildings between us and the beach. All rooms are just a few steps from the sand.

We are located on the beachfront in Pranburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Thailand — just south of Hua Hin.

We recommend traveling by car or private transfer for the most convenience and flexibility, especially if you’re carrying luggage or traveling with family.

Other options include scheduled bus services—from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Hua Hin or from Mo Chit Bus Terminal in Bangkok on a southbound route. For a more scenic experience, you can also take a train from Bangkok to Pranburi or Hua Hin.

Please note that both the train and bus options still require a car or taxi transfer to reach the resort from the final stop.

Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas. All guest rooms are non-smoking.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available for all resort guests.

For the best rates and offers we recommend booking directly. Direct reservations can be made on our booking engine or contact us for personalized help.

We accept reservation deposits via VISA, Mastercard, or bank transfer. If you’d prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us directly for instructions.

The cancellation policy depends on the rate you choose at the time of booking.

If you’ve already made a booking and would like to make any changes—such as adjusting the dates or room type—please contact us directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but all modifications are subject to availability, and the terms of your original booking.

The Narin-tara Family Room is a connecting unit between the Minntra and Maarataar room types and is only available by contacting us directly. Please note that booking these two rooms separately does not guarantee a connecting setup unless confirmed in advance.

Check-in is from 14:00 (2PM), and check-out is by 12:00 (Noon).

Closer to your arrival date, we may reach out to confirm your estimated check-in time—this helps us prepare for your arrival and ensure everything is ready when you get here.

Our reception normally closes at 21:00 (9PM), so if you plan to arrive later than that, please inform us in advance so we can make arrangements.

Early check-in or late check-out, is subject to availability.

We’ll do our best to prepare your room early if you arrive before 14:00 (2PM), and you’re welcome to enjoy our facilities while you wait.

For late check-out, additional fees may apply depending on how late you plan to leave.

The only way to guarantee an early check-in or late check-out is to book the night before or after.

Please let us know in advance if you plan on arriving after 21:00 (9PM) so we can prepare for your check in.

Thai citizens must show the ID card of the person who made the booking. Foreign guests are required to show passports for all staying guests. 

If you arrive early, you’re welcome to store your luggage and enjoy our facilities while your room is being prepared. After check-out, we can hold your bags at reception — please make sure to collect them on the same day.

Yes, you may check out early, however, no refunds will be issued for any unused nights in the event of an early departure. The hotel also reserves the right to release and resell the room without notice if you leave before your scheduled check-out date.

Yes, each room can accommodate one extra bed, which includes breakfast. Depending on the room type, the extra bed may be a sofa bed. For Two-Bedroom Villa and Narin-Tara Family rooms, you can add up to two extra beds.

Children under 6 years old can stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents and will receive a complimentary children’s breakfast. Guests aged 6 and above are considered additional persons and will require an extra bed, which includes breakfast.

Yes, baby cots are available free of charge. Please request in advance as availability is limited.

All rooms include bathroom amenities, a hair dryer, in-room safe, mini-fridge, kettle, telephone, working table, sofa bed, satellite TV, coffee & tea making facilities, and complimentary WIFI.

Toothbrushes are available upon request.  Please ask our front desk for assistance.

Yes, both bathrobes and slippers are available upon request. Kindly inform our front desk if you would like them prepared in your room.

We have one twin-bedded room (Maarataar). If you require separate beds, we can also prepare a sofa bed or extra bed at no additional cost in other room types.

Yes, daily housekeeping is available. To have your room cleaned, simply open the “please clean up” sign outside your door or inform our reception before 14:00 (2PM) each day.

Our beachfront infinity pool has two sections: the shallow area is 90cm deep, and the deeper section is 170cm.

Yes, we offer laundry service. Items dropped off before 10:00 (10AM) will be returned the following day. For items dropped off after 10:00 (10AM), please allow two days for return.

Yes, we offer complimentary bicycles for guests to explore the local area. Just check with the front desk to borrow one.  

We do not have a gym on-site.

Yes, complimentary WIFI is available throughout the entire resort.

Yes, we offer a range of relaxing massage treatments either on the beach or in your room.

Absolutely. We can help arrange local transportation and recommend a variety of nearby activities and attractions. Visit our Experiences page or speak to our staff for recommendations. 

Breakfast is served daily from 07:00 (7AM) to 10:30 (10:30AM) at the Kanang Sari restaurant. 

Yes, our Kanang-Sari Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The last food order is at 19:30 (7:30PM), but the dining area remains open afterward for your use.

If you’re arriving after our last order time, please let us know in advance — we’ll be happy to prepare something for your arrival.

Yes, room service is available during for lunch and dinner. Please contact the front desk or the restaurant to place an order.
